VP Strategy Advisors supported SSM in the development of a five-year business strategy. Key project success factors included a deep understanding and analysis of the specific textile markets, applications and competitive landscape , as well as of the SSM products and R&D pipeline. The project scope also included after sales & Service business models, and production and sourcing operations across three sites. Another key task was the development of a regular strategy reiew / update process and of a tool to monitor implementation progress and success of the defined strategic key initiatives.
