Dr. Michael Veitinger completed his doctorate on the subject of “Reorganizations” at the chair of Prof. Wildemann, TU Munich, where he was already involved in introducing the new lean principles from Japan to European companies in the early 1990s. He has been responsible for over 200 projects in DAX and international corporations through to larger medium-sized companies in the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, fashion, retail, digital platforms, pharmaceutical & medical technology and oil & gas sectors. In over 30 years of professional and consulting experience, he has helped shape the sustainable success of a large number of companies and built up long-standing, trusting partnerships.

Silvina Delembert studied economics at the University of Buenos Aires. Since starting out as a management consultant in the mid-1990s, she has managed over 100 strategic projects for large corporations and medium-sized companies in Europe, Asia and North & South America.

Arnim Malik studied aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart. He then completed an MBA at Purdue University in the USA. He has been publishing in the field of aviation and aircraft construction for many years.

After completing his bachelor's degree in business psychology, Lukas Schneider completed a master's degree in international management at the European Business School (Reutlingen) and the NEOMA Business School (Reims, FR). He joined VP in 2017 and has since developed from consultant to principal. He was able to gain consulting and project management skills in many industries such as the clothing industry, mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology and the automotive sector and build valuable customer relationships.

Philipp Großmann studied industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and strategic management at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. After successfully completing his Master of Science in cooperation with Porsche Consulting, he has developed from Consultant to Principal since joining VP Strategy Advisors in 2018. During his time as a management consultant, he was able to ensure the sustainable success of his large and medium-sized clients in Europe and North America in a large number of strategic and operational projects.
