VP Strategy Advisors supported the realignment of the product management, product development and marketing departments for our company. The main objective was to clearly separate the areas of "Technology" and "Marketing/Product Management" in order to increase efficiency and improve the acceptance and status of the individual departments. The focus was on developing a common understanding of roles and self-image, defining and delimiting tasks and areas of responsibility and defining the interfaces between the departments. In order to ensure acceptance of the change, accompanying, very sensible communication and change measures were proposed, which will be implemented following the project.
