VP Strategy Advisors has developed a new corporate strategy together with our BIZERBA management team. One of the strategic initiatives derived from this is called Servolution". The changed business model enables us to achieve closer customer loyalty while at the same time achieving profitable growth. VP Strategy Advisors used its expertise on this topic in an intensive analysis phase to first establish the figures and then, based on this, to develop an individual, forward-looking concept with our experts, which is currently in the implementation phase.
