As part of the carve-out of AutoScout24 GmbH from the Scout24 Group, VP Strategy Advisors coordinated the contracts stream and also carried it out operationally. In two and a half months, several hundred vendor contracts with the specialist departments had to be evaluated, divided up and, if necessary, negotiated with the suppliers and service providers. VP reported the progress and results of this critical workstream to the Carve-out Steering Committee.
